CNN Explores McCain's Infidelity
Like Jed Report, I'm actually rather shocked that CNN would tell the truth about McCain's infidelity towards his loyal, crippled first wife. Not only that, he basically abandoned his first wife while their daughter was only 12 years old. Powerful stuff.
Obviously the Obama campaign cannot and should not touch this. But that doesn't limit any of us from forwarding this to our friends and family members who still think of John McCain as an "honorable" guy.

I watched the feature on McCain and I was shocked to learn about the extent of his marital infidelity. His first wife, Carol was in essence maimed by his absence and left crippled after injuries sustained in a serious automobile accident while he was a P.O.W. McCain returned changed, close confidants described him as more "focused," but apparently his main focus in the bedroom was to cheat on his wife for YEARS. He was a serial cheater. Married a model, then readily discarded and abandoned her once she'd aged, gained weight, and was left physically disabled. McCain LIED about his relationship timeline with current wife Cindy -- both claim that he was separated from his first wife, Carol before they became involved -- but CNN revealed that McCain was in fact with his first wife at the time and he carried on an affair with Cindy for almost a YEAR before he ended his marriage.
I was also very unsettled over McCain's odd response to the interviewer asking him probing questions about his marital infidelity. McCain claimed that he took full responsibility for the end of his marriage -- unwilling to name and OWN his treachery and then he quickly deflected to it being ancient history as if time somehow lessons the blow of his betrayal.
And then he smiled -- broadly...arrogantly...
Very odd, indeed.
We're talking about a string of infidelities over a number of years, and trading in a wife ravaged by years for a newer, shinier, wealthier version who financed his political career.
